The security and completeness of the data held on members of the Fellowship is of the utmost importance.   Personal data is supplied, and updated, by the Aviva Staff Pension Scheme (ASPS) team in Perth and may be supplemented by data provided by members.   Personal data held is: Name   Address (incl. postcode)   Reference number   Date of Birth   Date of retirement   Further data we may hold is: Telephone numbers   E-mail address   Spouse or partner's name   Photographs taken at fellowship events   (if you do not wish to be photographed, please ensure the photographer is aware)   Should changes occur to the above information, please advise us as soon as possible. We only record information relevant to administer the Fellowship and members' data is stored securely, electronically and password protected. No third parties are involved.   The objectives of the Fellowship and the reason your data is held is: To arrange a programme of social events which allow members to remain in contact during retirement   To communicate with members to ensure they feel connected with the Aviva Group   To represent the views of its members to the Company.   Members can, of course, ask to have their data removed from the list of members at any time.
